When I ask people how do they feel about food, the usual answer is, “I love food.” And that is true. We love food - the sight of it, the taste, the texture, and the smell. What’s not to love?
But then, when the meal is over, why do we treat food like an enemy? Why do we rush to remove it from our body via unnatural means such as cleansing?
Our body doesn't like unnatural means. All it needs is a healthy amount of roughage - 10 servings of fruits and veggies and some whole grains every day.
