I love cherries, especially the sweet ones. The tart cherries are too… for the lack of better word… tart.
I used to wolf down a pound of sweet cherries in five minutes, missing most of the delicious flavors of these fruits. I don’t do it anymore. I eat them mindfully to get the best ROI.
Here’s a challenge: try to enjoy a cup of sweet cherries (~ 20 fruits) for ~11 minutes. To succeed, chew each cherry about 30 times.
